We’re Big River Baking Company, a neighbourhood bakery in downtown Bracebridge. Our shelves are filled with artisanal and traditional breads, and our cases with the sweeter things in life.

Our bread begins with slow fermentation. Our stone oven brings out the flavour. The rest is a love for the craft—and for the community we get to share it with.
